When I try to install the MS keyboard layout center MSKLC from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=FB7B3DCD-D4C1-4943-9C74-D8DF57EF19D7&displaylang=en&Hash=G6DKNT4.,
I’m asked to also install the Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package (x86), but vista says it is already installed.
The installation of MSKLC cannot be completed.
